What an alert looks like

Four parts, in this order, and nothing else.

  1. What changed. One or two sentences, with the date it takes effect.
  2. The official source. A link to the law, the gazette or the agency page, and the date we read it.
  3. What it means if you hold the option. For people who have the permit, or want it, and mostly live elsewhere.
  4. What to do. Usually nothing. When it matters: check your renewal, re-run the quiz, or book a free call.

Why alerts, not news

Most golden visa news is noise for someone who holds the option: announcements that never become law, and rumors about thresholds. An alert goes out when an official source changes something, and it tells you whether it touches you. Want a personal answer instead? Take the two minute quiz or read Holding the option.
